At D'Moraa, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials safely and swiftly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship:

Order Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

Shipping Time: 

- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days
- Remote or special zone delivery may take longer due to courier availability

Shipping Charges:

- FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a small convenience fee of ₹40

Order Tracking:

- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp
- You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order section on our website

Delivery Delays:

- We work with trusted courier partners, but delays may happen due to:

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote locations or incorrect address
- We’ll keep you updated in case of any unexpected delays

Non-deliverable Areas:

- In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to courier limitations, we will notify you and process a full refund if prepaid
